Solvella was born from my own becoming. For years I lived with a low, constant hum of anxiety — sharpened by my diagnosis of Alopecia, and quietly swallowed inside a corporate career that looked impressive from the outside and felt like a slow disappearing on the inside.
RTT found me, and then it remade me. I healed the anxiety at the root, made peace with my body and my hair, and finally trusted myself enough to leave corporate America, move cities, and move in with the woman I love. I am also, for the first time in my adult life, completely debt free — and waking up inside the life I used to only dream about.
As a certified Rapid Transformational Therapist, I now hold that same sacred space for women across the world — women of every story, every love, every body. Solvella is unapologetically LGBTQ+ affirming, soft, and real.
