What is RTT therapy?
Most women arrive here after years of trying to think their way out of something that was never living in their thinking. Below are the questions asked most often before booking — answered honestly, including the parts that are less flattering.
What is RTT therapy?
Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a hybrid method developed by Marisa Peer that combines hypnosis, regression, cognitive reframing, and neuroplasticity-based rewiring. Rather than managing a symptom week after week, an RTT® session goes looking for the moment a belief was formed — and changes the meaning you attached to it.
A session uses a relaxed, focused state of awareness (hypnosis) to access memories and beliefs your conscious mind has stopped questioning. You remain awake, aware, and in control the entire time. You can speak, move, and stop whenever you want.
What happens in an RTT session?
Every session at Solvella begins with a discovery conversation — what you want, what keeps happening instead, and what you have already tried. Then you're guided into a deeply relaxed state and back to two or three scenes your subconscious associates with the issue.
Together we look at what you decided about yourself in those moments. The belief is examined, released, and replaced. The session closes with a personalized transformational recording made in your own session, using your words and your imagery.
You listen to that recording daily for the following weeks. That's where the rewiring consolidates — repetition is what makes the new belief the default.
Does RTT work?
RTT® draws on well-established components — hypnotherapy, cognitive reframing, and repetition-based conditioning — that have research behind them individually. RTT® as a branded protocol has far less independent research than, for example, CBT, and it is not a licensed medical or psychological treatment.
What that means honestly: many women experience meaningful shifts quickly, often within one to three sessions, and the work is designed to be brief rather than open-ended. It is not a guaranteed cure, it is not a replacement for medical or psychiatric care, and outcomes depend heavily on whether you actually listen to your recording.
How much does RTT cost?
At Solvella, a single 1:1 RTT® session is offered at three tiers so the work stays reachable: Access at $350, Standard at $425, and Full Investment at $675. Every tier includes a 30–45 minute discovery call, the full 90–120 minute RTT® session, your personalized transformation recording, one 15-minute follow-up check-in, and text/email support. The Full Investment tier adds priority scheduling and an additional 1-hour high-performance coaching call after your 21-day transformation.
A three-session package is available at $750 (Access), $1,150 (Standard), and $1,800 (Full Investment). Guided recordings and custom audio are available separately in the shop, starting at $24.99.
How many sessions will I need?
RTT® is designed to be brief. Most issues resolve in one to three sessions. A single issue with a clear root — a specific fear, a confidence block, a recurring pattern — is often a one-session piece of work. Layered themes, such as long-standing burnout tangled with identity and self-worth, usually take the three-session arc.
Is RTT the same as therapy or coaching?
No. Solvella is a hypnotherapy and coaching practice, not licensed psychotherapy or medical care. It does not diagnose or treat mental illness, and it does not replace working with a physician, therapist, or psychiatrist. If you are currently under care, RTT® can sit alongside that work — tell your provider you're doing it.
Is hypnosis safe? Can I get stuck?
You cannot get stuck in hypnosis. It's a natural state you enter every day — the absorption of a good book, the last minutes before sleep, the drive home you don't remember. You stay aware, you can hear everything, and you can open your eyes at any point.
If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, psychosis, or you are pregnant, please speak with your physician before booking, and note it on your application.
Are sessions online?
Yes. Sessions are held privately over video, so you can do the work from your own space. You'll need around two hours undisturbed, headphones, and somewhere you can recline comfortably.
