Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using solvellawellness.com or engaging any services offered by Solvella LLC ("Solvella," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Our Services

Solvella LLC offers Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) hypnotherapy, mindset coaching, and related personal development services. All services are non-medical, non-psychological, and non-diagnostic. They are not a substitute for licensed medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or participate in Solvella services. By engaging our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Solvella LLC does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition. Results from RTT and coaching services are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes vary based on participation, commitment, and personal circumstances.

4. Payments & Fees

All fees are due prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize Solvella LLC to charge the agreed amount via the selected payment method.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) and no-shows may be charged up to the full session fee. Arriving late to a session may result in shortened session time without a fee reduction.

6. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered. For package programs, please refer to the Refund Policy for full terms. Exceptions will be stated explicitly in writing at time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on solvellawellness.com — including text, graphics, recordings, programs, and materials — is the property of Solvella LLC and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

8. Session Recordings

Personalized RTT transformation recordings are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, copied, sold, or distributed without written authorization from Solvella LLC. Live sessions will not be recorded by the practitioner without your separate express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solvella LLC, its owner, practitioners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service at issue.

10. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in RTT hypnotherapy and coaching services, including but not limited to emotional discomfort, shifts in beliefs, and temporary psychological adjustments.

11. Not a Crisis Service

Solvella LLC does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis in the United States, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency equitable relief.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at solvellawellness.com. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
